This year with the release of our monofin with studies and testing specifically in the area of mono fins with a strong understanding of the physics and performance characteristics of bi-fins we introduce a revolutionary monofin to the market by meeting the challenges posed by purists of the apnea descipline.
The new oversized blade invented and developed and tested for more than six years takes the monofin concept a step forward in utilizing the diver's energy to create forward momentum through the most efficient use of the parabolic cuve.
The blade is manufactured using the latest T700 carbon fiber strand featured in all VGR models. This strand is 40% lighter and stronger than the traditional carbon fiber strand used commonly for fins.
